The main changes for conformance to GDPR are around how you would like to be contacted.
I have updated my privacy notice to reflect these changes and I am committed to treating your personal data with the utmost care, I am taking this opportunity to contact you and give you the opportunity to ask for removal from my regular email contacts list. I do not use a contact database and I DO NOT send out mass emails. I do send emails in response to any requests that come in and I would like you to confirm whether you would like me to continue to keep your email address on my contacts list.
I have a list of your emails on my YogaTrail account. IF you do not wish to receive emails via YogaTrail source, please use the UNSUBSCRIBE function on YogaTrail.com and help me with removing your details.
If you would like to continue to hear from me with regards to yoga classes, workshops, retreats, events and news, please do note my compliance to GDPR and a statement on my emails, my website and all/any communication with and from me.
If not, please simply send an email saying that you wish to be removed from communications from/with Sam Rao Yoga.
I confirm that I do not send out mass emails and that policy is in place.
I will also bring manual sign up forms to classes for those who missed the email and I will send a further email to anyone I haven’t heard from giving them another opportunity to opt-in.
Anyone who I have not heard from by 25th May will be automatically unsubscribed and their data removed from computer and file.
Please be assured that your personal details are for the use of Sam Rao Yoga only with regards to yoga related event, news, workshops and regular purchases of books of tickets, books and DVDs. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me..
