A FUN AND INTENSIVE EXPLORATION OF SHAKESPEARE'S LEGENDARY SCENES AND SOLILOQUYS

This in-depth exploration of some of Shakespeare's most famous scenes and monologues will culminate in a small-scale, relaxed performance.

Using Laban, Animal Work, Levels of Tension and other character creation tools, students will devise

This workshop will consist of a warm up, movement class, and scene study. You will be partnered with another actor in the group and agree to meet outside the workshops for at least three hours a week bringing work in progress and any arising problems into the workshop for analysis, exercises and further work. The workshops are aimed at actors in the first ten years of their professional life. There has evolved, over the years, a very sound and growing community of workshop actors.

On the final Sunday there will be a showing to which a limited number of guests may be invited.
